This policy explains how Rhett Ullmann ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit rhettullmann.com, join a list on it, or buy a digital book from it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first name and email address when you join the new-releases list or a book's waitlist.
- Purchases: payments are handled by a third-party checkout provider (Whop). We receive your name, email and order details, never your full card number.
- Technical information: standard hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited).
How we use it
- To tell you when a book opens for orders and send the new-release emails you signed up for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To deliver digital books you buy and support your order.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) on our behalf. We may share information with providers who help us send email, take payments or deliver files, or if required by law.
How long we keep data, and your choices
We keep your information only as long as needed for these purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask us to see, correct or delete your information, by emailing info@rhettullmann.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
